The Penrith Classical Guitar club is a not for profit monthly gathering of like-minded people whose interest is with the classical guitar.

We welcome attendees to perform whatever they like—even if it’s a piece in progress—or you can just come to listen. The aim of the club is to provide an audience and support for classical guitarists, and it is a great opportunity for networking. Together, we keep up to date with classical guitar activities.

Meetings generally consist of an open playing session, including an opportunity to discuss the pieces played, and to hear feedback from others. We finish with an ensemble activity, where everyone has the opportunity to play a newly-arranged piece together. The piece is specially arranged to cater for musicians of all abilities, so you simply can just pick a part that suits your playing ability and join in.

We meet monthly on the second Saturday of the month at 3 pm, for one hour.

Don't forget to bring your classical guitar!
